Kentucky Missing The Big Dance?



Will kentucky fire billy gillispie?
I am a die hard UK fan, and I love Billy Gillispie because he is the coach. But I am sick of his coaching decisions, and his lazy players that dont care and turn the ball over nonstop! He starts Porter and Harris over his own two much better players Galloway and Miller all season, he cant get his team to stop turning the ball over, CANT GET ANYONE TO SCORE BESIDES MEEKS AND PP, Liggins dont care attitude makes me sick, and this team will NOT defend to save their lives. I know a LOT better talent is coming in next season but I just dont see it doing any good. With that said, I wonder who will be the next coach? Personally, my favorite would be between John Calipari and Travis Ford. Calipari wins no matter what, and Ford was the pick in the first place to be Tubbys replacement. Ford can coach with average players and win against anyone, and at Kentucky... I think his legacy would carry over. I dont know if Calipari would pass up millions to stay at Memphis either. Thoughts?

Is Billy Gillispie the right coach for Kentucky? why or why not?
UK fans ran off Tubby Smith after he won a national title with Rick Pitino's 3rd string and consistent 20 win seasons every year. Now Tubby is leading a team with no talent to the top of the polls. Clearly Smith is far superior than Gillispie in every regard except possibly recruiting. Isn't the real reason that Tubby Smith "sucked" as UK's head coach because he is black?

I want the Steelers and Eagles to be in the Superbowl, if Cardinals and Ravens get in I probably won't even bother watching lol.

I mean like Gillispie has that silly grin and is always whining, but Rick doesn't exactly set the world on fire. what do ya'll think! and also which is the better coach ifyou want to say Billy coaches. seems to me he can recruit, but then he loses all hisplayers. what a shame!


Who is the ugliest coach, billy gillispie or rick pitino? lol?
They got a big two in Patrick Patterson and Jodie Meeks, both are potential All-Americans and maybe even Player of the Year caliber. Patterson is averaging 19 ppg 9.1 rpg 2.2 bpg and 2.8 apg with only 1.8 turnovers that’s great numbers for a PF/C and if he enters the draft after this year, hopefully not, he could be a lottery pick. Meeks is averaging almost 25 ppg and is shooting 47% from the field 88% from the line and 42% from behind the arc. Meeks could be a late first round or early second round pick if he enters the draft after this, but hopefully not. Coach Billy Gillispie is finally using his bench and UK has great depth this year. The games that UK lost they could have won if the played the first half like they did the second half even against UNC.
