John Edwards -- Cheats on his cancer-victim wife, and fathers a child with the other woman.

Women swoon and call him sexy.

Rick Pitino -- Cheats on his wife and gets the other woman pregnant.

Women declare him a great role model and say he is sexy.

Michael Vick -- Abuses animals and engages in illegal behavior.

Women line up to buy his jersey and declare him the sexiest man alive.

So, seeing how women love idiots, what is some advice that you can give me so that I can be a loser so that women will line up to be with me?

How can I become a scumbag so that women will think I'm sexy?
Okay so this may seem strange, but my dad asked me once if I ever considered modeling, and my mom commented on my jawline, lot's of people tell me I am attractive, but I don't know if I believe it... I'm a former college football player, but I may try modeling (just a joke)... lulz. I used to have shaggy hair and a scruffy beard, and people used to always make eye contact etc, and want to approach me because of my silly behavior. People now do the opposite and seem intimidated ever since I shaved my head and beard, but I am still the light hearted person I once was.....

Um what do you think?
Much of which has little to do with health care.

`(aa) The term `nurse home visitation services' means home visits by trained nurses to families with a first-time pregnant woman, or a child (under 2 years of age), who is eligible for medical assistance under this title, but only, to the extent determined by the Secretary based upon evidence, that such services are effective in one or more of the following:

`(1) Improving maternal or child health and pregnancy outcomes or increasing birth intervals between pregnancies.

`(2) Reducing the incidence of child abuse, neglect, and injury, improving family stability (including reduction in the incidence of intimate partner violence), or reducing maternal and child involvement in the criminal justice system.

`(3) Increasing economic self-sufficiency, employment advancement, school-readiness, and educational achievement, or reducing dependence on public assistance.'.

`(5) COVERAGE OF FAMILY PLANNING SERVICES AND SUPPLIES- Notwithstanding the previous provisions of this section, a State may not provide for medical assistance through enrollment of an individual with benchmark coverage or benchmark-equivalent coverage under this section unless such coverage includes for any individual described in section 1905(a)(4)(C), medical assistance for family planning services and supplies in accordance with such section.'.

`(v) provide parents with--

`(I) knowledge of age-appropriate child development in cognitive, language, social, emotional, and motor domains (including knowledge of second language acquisition, in the case of English language learners);

`(II) knowledge of realistic expectations of age-appropriate child behaviors;

`(III) knowledge of health and wellness issues for children and parents;

`(IV) modeling, consulting, and coaching on parenting practices;

`(V) skills to interact with their child to enhance age-appropriate development;

`(VI) skills to recognize and seek help for issues related to health, developmental delays, and social, emotional, and behavioral skills; and

`(VII) activities designed to help parents become full partners in the education of their children;

Why does is so much of the health care bill involve social engineering?
Chuck Norris is a columnist and impossible to kill.

Dirty secret No. 1 in Obamacare is about the government's coming into homes and usurping parental rights over child care and development.

It's outlined in sections 440 and 1904 of the House bill (Page 838), under the heading "home visitation programs for families with young children and families expecting children." The programs (provided via grants to states) would educate parents on child behavior and parenting skills.

The bill says that the government agents, "well-trained and competent staff," would "provide parents with knowledge of age-appropriate child development in cognitive, language, social, emotional, and motor domains ... modeling, consulting, and coaching on parenting practices," and "skills to interact with their child to enhance age-appropriate development."

Are you kidding me?! With whose parental principles and values? Their own? Certain experts'? From what field and theory of childhood development? As if there are one-size-fits-all parenting techniques! Do we really believe they would contextualize and personalize every form of parenting in their education, or would they merely universally indoctrinate with their own?

Are we to assume the state's mediators would understand every parent's social or religious core values on parenting? Or would they teach some secular-progressive and religiously neutered version of parental values and wisdom? And if they were to consult and coach those who expect babies, would they ever decide circumstances to be not beneficial for the children and encourage abortions?

One government rebuttal is that this program would be "voluntary." Is that right? Does that imply that this agency would just sit back passively until some parent needing parenting skills said, "I don't think I'll call my parents, priest or friends or read a plethora of books, but I'll go down to the local government offices"? To the contrary, the bill points to specific targeted groups and problems, on Page 840: The state "shall identify and prioritize serving communities that are in high need of such services, especially communities with a high proportion of low-income families."

Are we further to conclude by those words that low-income families know less about parenting? Are middle- and upper-class parents really better parents? Less neglectful of their children? Less needful of parental help and training? Is this "prioritized" training not a biased, discriminatory and even prejudicial stereotype and generalization that has no place in federal government, law or practice?@antagonist

How very insulting of you to answer with such passion. I do know that insurance companies do some of the same things, but there is a HUGE difference between a company and the federal government.

The most pronounced difference (that you seem to not understand) is that I can choose not to do business with the company. I can't refuse to do business with federal government, unless I want to risk jail time.

Chuck Norris can figure out 0bamacare can you?
i need u ppl 2 b serious here. my littl sister whos like, 5, is a good littl girl. but wen we do something that upsets her, sometimes she changes. like, she gets this evil glitter in her eye and starts screaming and hitting ppl. shes very violent wen she phases like that, but none of us at home hav ever modeled such behaviors for her...

i need help figuring out what my sister has...?
Personally he is one of my heroes, and most people find that strange, but I really admire him for some reason. I mean he had a hard life and managed to rise above it and make a living doing something he loves.

I only say this because my parents think he is a thug, and they refuse to let me go to his concert. I don't know how to express to them that he is one of my role model and I'd really love to see him in concert. They say I shouldn't be around that sort of environment at the Jay-Z concert, but I know it won't have a negative influence on me because I don't let others influence my behavior in negative ways. In fact I think it'd be positive.

So my question is what do you think of Jay-Z? Do you see him as a role model worthy guy? Do you think he's a thug? Do you not care for him? I think hearing others opinions might help. And tips for me getting to that concert are helpful. Tour dates haven't been announced so I have a lot of time to work on my plan to convince my parents.

What do you think of Jay-Z?
The Obama administration calls anyone who opposes their plans

and ideas as THUGS!

Is Acorn a good example the way these parents & grandparents should behave?

Democrats say Americans going to Town Hall meetings are Thugs....is Acorn the good model of behavior?
well i asked a question yesterday, and i got really great responses and i thought it was cool to ask more. :-)
well from experience i noticed that the harder you push, the harder is it for people to understand.

Btw I'm a teenager, I have a few friends who were really innocent and hard working when they were in middle school. But they decided to change their behaviors during high school and one of my most innocent and obedience friend started drinking, and ditching schools. I tired to talk to her because i cared about her and she was my best friend.But she wouldn't listen to me.
Her role model is her sister who just have sex with everybody. She wasn't like that. Her mom doesn't know that she has been drinking and ditching school and her mom is very strict.
Back to my question, how could i convince someone that what they are doing is going to ruin their future???

Best way to teach someone a lesson?
Two men, both seriously ill, occupied the same hospital room. One man was allowed to sit up in his bed for an hour a day to drain the fluids from his lungs. His bed was next to the room's only window. The other man had to spend all his time flat on his back.

The men talked for hours on end. They spoke of their wives and families, their homes, their jobs, their involvement in the military service, where they had been on vacation. And every afternoon when the man in the bed next to the window could sit up, he would pass the time by describing to his roommate all the things he could see outside the window.

The man in the other bed would live for those one-hour periods where his world would be broadened and enlivened by all the activity and color of the outside world. The window overlooked a park with a lovely lake, the man had said. Ducks and swans played on the water while children sailed their model boats. Lovers walked arm in arm amid flowers of every color of the rainbow. Grand old trees graced the landscape, and a fine view of the city skyline could be seen in the distance. As the man by the window described all this in exquisite detail, the man on the other side of the room would close his eyes and imagine the picturesque scene.

One warm afternoon the man by the window described a parade passing by. Although the other man could not hear the band, he could see it in his mind's eye as the gentleman by the window portrayed it with descriptive words. Unexpectedly, an alien thought entered his head: Why should hehave all the pleasure of seeing everything while I never get to see anything? It didn't seem fair. As the thought fermented, the man felt ashamed at first. But as the days passed and he missed seeing more sights, his envy eroded into resentment and soon turned him sour. He began to brood and found himself unable to sleep. He should be by that window - and that thought now controlled his life.

Late one night, as he lay staring at the ceiling, the man by the window began to cough. He was choking on the fluid in his lungs. The other man watched in the dimly lit room as the struggling man by the window groped for the button to call for help. Listening from across the room, he never moved, never pushed his own button which would have brought the nurse running. In less than five minutes, the coughing and choking stopped, along with the sound of breathing. Now, there was only silence--deathly silence.

The following morning, the day nurse arrived to bring water for their baths. When she found the lifeless body of the man by the window, she was saddened and called the hospital attendant to take it away--no words, no fuss. As soon as it seemed appropriate, the man asked if he could be moved next to the window. The nurse was happy to make the switch and after making sure he was comfortable, she left him alone.

Slowly, painfully, he propped himself up on one elbow to take his first look. Finally, he would have the joy of seeing it all himself. He strained to slowly turn to look out the window beside the bed. It faced a blank wall.

Moral of the story:

The pursuit of happiness is a matter of choice...it is a positive attitude we consciously choose to express. It is not a gift that gets delivered to our doorstep each morning, nor does it come through the window. And I am certain that our circumstances are just a small part of what makes us joyful. If we wait for them to get just right, we will never find lasting joy.

The pursuit of happiness is an inward journey. Our minds are like programs, awaiting the code that will determine behaviors; like bank vaults awaiting our deposits. If we regularly deposit positive, encouraging, and uplifting thoughts, if we continue to bite our lips just before we begin to grumble and complain, if we shoot down that seemingly harmless negative thought as it germinates, we will find that there is much to rejoice about.it is sad but it has a good moral

This is a cool story?
10 Reasons Why Gay Marriage is Wrong

1) Being gay is not natural. Real Americans always reject unnatural things like eyeglasses, polyester, and air conditioning.

2) Gay marriage will encourage people to be gay, in the same way that hanging around tall people will make you tall.

3) Gay marriage will change the foundation of society; we could never adapt to new social norms. Just like we haven't adapted to cars, the service-sector economy, or longer life spans.

4) Straight marriage has been around a long time and hasn't changed at all; women are still property, blacks still can't marry whites, and divorce is still illegal.

5) Straight marriage will be less meaningful if gay marriage were allowed; the sanctity of Brittany Spears' 55-hour just-for-fun marriage would be destroyed.

6) Straight marriages are valid because they produce children. Gay couples, infertile couples, and old people shouldn't be allowed to marry because our orphanages aren't full yet, and the world needs more children.

7) Obviously gay parents will raise gay children, since straight parents only raise straight children.

8) Gay marriage is not supported by religion. In a theocracy like ours, the values of one religion are imposed on the entire country. That's why we have only one religion in America.

9) Children can never succeed without a male and a female role model at home. That's why we as a society expressly forbid single parents to raise children.

10) Legalizing gay marriage will open the door to all kinds of crazy behavior. People may even wish to marry their pets because a dog has legal standing and can sign a marriage contract.
